Do you know how the United States Power Squadrons organization operate at the national, district, and squadron levels? Do you know the responsibilities of bridge officers at each of the three levels? Do you know what general and standing committees do? Have you taken the Operations Training Course?
We will be answering these questions and many more at the Operations Training class to be held on May 5 2018 starting at 0800 at our squadron headquarters building. We will be discussing what rank and grades mean, a little about USPS protocol, and USPS education, the many other activities of committees and information available to enhance your membership in our organization. We welcome all our members to attend this session. We will cover the material in about three to four hours. There is no cost for the course, no text, and no exam. USPS recommends that all bridge officers take this course as it is important that our officers are familiar with the functions of USPS. This is also a good session for our newer members to learn about the organization they have joined. USPS also recommends that all members take this course about every five years to keep up with organizational changes.

if you would like to attend. We will be printing handouts and need to know how many to prepare. We will also be printing certificates of completion so we need to know who will be attending.
We look forward to seeing you all there and think you will learn a number of things about the organization of which you are a member.
